In 2009, the International Festival of Performing Arts Escena Contemporánea commissioned Off Limits the communication campaign for its ninth edition. In 2010, our team repeats another year as head of communications of the meeting.

Off Limits was responsible for the design and coordination of the communication campaign in print, radio, TV and online media. Among its tasks were: update databases, documentation, drafting and editing press material (press releases, dossiers, photographs, videos…), arrangements for interviews, negotiating agreements and appearances in the media, personalized attention to queries and requests from journalists, providing content for the website of the festival and coordination, editing and updating it, sending and tracking press material, collection and organization of the clipping generated (offline, online, radio and television), organization of photographic passes and meetings with the press, coordination of accreditation for the press, conducting promotional videos, coordination of teams and external partners and the final evaluation of the press campaign quantitatively and qualitatively.

The Escena Contemporánea Festival was born in 2001 in order to provide support and promotion of contemporary theatrical creation. It offers the opportunity to participate in the most advanced stage processes that are being developed nowadays, with a programming focused on unconventional theatre, new dramas and a variety of multidisciplinary experiences. Over the years, Escena Contemporánea has increasingly become a festival of reference, both nationally and internationally, and provides a framework for discussion of trends, the limits and boundaries of the XXI century theatre.
