In 2011, Off Limits is commissioned by the Madrid Community to develop the communication campaign for the Autumn Festival in Spring, the most important scenic event of the city about to turn 30 years of experience. In 2012, our team repeated as head of communications for the new edition.

Off Limits was responsible for the design and coordination of the communication campaign in print, radio, TV and online media. Among the work developed: update databases, documentation, drafting and editing press material (notes, dossier, photos, videos…), arranging interviews, negotiating agreements and media appearances, personal attention to queries and requests from journalists, providing content for the website of the festival and coordination, editing and updating it, track of press material sent and collection and organization of the clipping generated (offline, online, radio, television), organization of photographic passes, press conferences and meetings, management of media accreditations, conducting promotional videos, coordination of teams and external partners and final evaluation of the press campaign quantitatively and qualitatively.

In parallel, our team was also responsible for the design and coordination of the social media campaign and a series of promotional activities through Facebook and Twitter.
